• "Lowest monitoring fee found after calling 12 companies. No activation fee required on takeover. Only require 1 year contract (standard is 3 years). Installer was friendly and professional. Installer even fixed a sensor that false alarmed twice last winter at no charge and in less than 5 minutes."

• "The sales representative came out as expected, and was very good at what they do. Spent two hours looking around making suggestions where they should put sensors My house was broken into and they responded quickly to come out and install the new system. (no system was installed as of this report) They gave me two options to install the system; buying or leasing. In the course of getting used to the alarm, you accidentally set it off occasionally, and they are exceedingly prompt in responding to that. They always know how to contact the 911 dispatch accurately with pronouncing streets, being local you know you're dealing with somebody in your area."

The installer seemed to be very experienced, cleaned up when he was done and was very pleasant. I wanted to let you know that I have submitted the invoice to our insurance (State Farm). I am suppose to pick up a check tomorrow for the repairs that have already been made. I will say that you and "Circle City Alarm Company" has been the best to work with (meaning you didn't ask for payment up front b/c all others have. You have been a huge help to the "wallet department"). So, as soon as we get a check which is suppose to be tomorrow I will be sending you the money for the repairs. "
